One of our clients, A leading player in BPO & KPO industry is looking for a "Financial Analyst".

Job Profile: Financial Business Analyst

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

- The Financial Analyst for the assigned Line of Business develops, enhances, and provides insight for pricing, analytics, business intelligence, trends, standard reporting, and ad hoc reporting. The Financial Analyst collaborates with and provides consultative analytical support to stakeholders such as Sales, Client Services, Operations, and Consulting.

- The Financial Analyst also supports revenue budgets and forecasts for the assigned Line of Business. Overall, the Financial Analyst will support development, implementation and use of meaningful metrics, reports, and analyses that help drive insights that support the business while driving innovation and forward-thinking in pricing, reporting, analysis, and product development to create value for our clients.

- The analyst communicates the outcomes of reports and analysis to business owners, senior management, and clients in a manner adding insight and value to our clients. This role will spend time working independently and as part of a team and will focus on specific deadlines as well as exceptional client service.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Responsibilities:-

Client and Line of Business Analytics

- Provides quality and timely financial analysis to support the assigned line of business.

- Evaluate data and provide insights to stakeholders, delegating to other analysts as required

- Keeps senior management and stakeholders informed on significant changes and/or issues that may impact business and client results.

- Analyzes and communicates results and trends effectively.

- Produces, directs, validates, and delivers accurate and presentation quality reports and analyses.

Pricing

- Actively supports pricing, understands unique aspects of prospects’ and clients' business, and serves as analytical expert and internal point of contact for any data analysis needs.

- Creates and enhances pricing models working closely with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and
Operations.

Forecasting/Budgeting

- Supports revenue budget and forecasts for the assigned line of business in collaboration with key stakeholders in Client Services, Sales, and the business.

- Evaluate data and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Dashboards, Metrics, and Business Intelligence Support

- Analyzes and develops utilization, capacity, and P&L models to support pricing and business analysis.

- Provides support to Accounting with reports for Month End Close metrics.

- Produce, develop, and support metrics/dashboards for Executives and other constituents

- Support development, implementation and use of meaningful metrics, reports, and analyses that help drive insights that support the business

- Drive innovation and forward-thinking in reporting, analysis, and product development to create value for our clients and support planning

Other Related Responsibilities

- Actively promotes and participates in process improvement and organizational design.

- Sets appropriate expectations with internal and external clients while cultivating an image of professionalism and quantitative / qualitative excellence.

- Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:-

- Bachelors Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, CIS, MIS, or related field from a reputable, accredited university

- 3+ years of experience

- Proficiency required in Excel. Business Objects (or similar business intelligence software) and relational databases preferred.

- Knowledge of pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L statements/analysis.

- Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred but not required.

JOB DEMANDS:-

- Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard and monitor for extended periods

- Travel up to 10%

KEY CONSTITUENTS:-

- This position does not have direct reports.
