Financial Assurance Manager - FMCG

Job Title: Financial Shared Services Assurance Manager

Reports to: National Head FSS (Administrative) & National Manager Finance Impact Team (Functional)

Job Location: Bangalore

Candidate should be CA First or Second Attempt only

Max CTC (Budget)-14.80 Lakhs (Including Fixed & Variable)

Job responsibilities:

a) Review internal control design by providing objective assurance that the business and transaction risks are being managed appropriately and that the risk management and internal control framework is operating effectively

b) Developing and maintaining the risk matrix, audit methodology and developing and maintaining audit tools

c) Maintaining segregation of duties and system access controls

d) Explaining the results of the review and implementing recommendations

e) Preparation of Operation Manuals / Standing operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring implementation of the same

f) Continuously evaluate current processes and work towards continuous work improvement using operational excellence (OE) techniques with the objective of improving controls and efficiencies

g) Evaluate compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

Candidate specification:

CA with 4 to 7 years post qualification experience in audit and assurance at a well established professional firm/Internal Audit role in FMCG company preferred.
