Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Data Analysis and Reporting

Data Collection: Gather financial data from various sources including internal databases, financial statements, market data, and other relevant sources.

Data Analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.

2. Financial Modeling

Model Development: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess financial risk.

Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to predict the potential impact of different business strategies and external factors on financial outcomes.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting

Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, including revenue, expense, and capital expenditure budgets.

Forecasting: Regularly update financial forecasts based on actual performance and changing business conditions.

4.Performance Monitoring

KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance against strategic goals and benchmarks.

Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual and budgeted/forecasted financial results, and provide explanations for significant differences.

5. Strategic Support

Decision Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

Market Research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.

6. Risk Management

Risk Analysis: Identify and evaluate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.

Mitigation Strategies: Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

7. Collaboration and Communication

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and sales to gather information and provide financial insights.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and board members.

8. Continuous Improvement

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in financial analytics and incorporate them into the organization's practices.
