Roles & Responsibilities :

- To define a future state vision for the Finance Organization

- To understand/define/refine the - Next Generation- Financial Reporting.

- Expert knowledge of Financials Processes (AP, AR,GL, FA)

- Work with the clients to define Financial reporting need and Chart of Accounts (COA)

- Manage the team of Subject Matter Experts in Financials

- Evaluation, Re-engineering & Automation of existing Accounting / Reporting Processes

- Understanding Business requirements & liaison with the client Finance team for delivery of Solutions

- Validate Reporting Requirements vis-vis various Statutory Requirements (Companies Act, Tax Acts, Accounting Standards) & Management Policies

- To identify the people, process, and technology capabilities required to deliver desired Financial Reporting, and then plan for the implementation of those experiences.

- Executing Financial Reporting (FR) assessments and gap analyses (VOC, Best Practices, Competitive)

- Producing the FR Life Cycle and touch-point Maps and Interaction Occasions

- Assess the current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations
