We are hiring for one of the leading consulting firms Financial Analyst-Valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

- As the role is part of a newly set up centralized valuation team, the new hire is expected to spend significant amount of time in the initial stage to streamline processes, revamp existing files to create consistent templates. Quarterly Valuations & - Now Expected- Nominal Cashflow Projection Update Roll forward and update of quarterly valuation models

Update model with forecasted cash flows from Argus and other valuation inputs from investment analyst and finance

Work closely with respective investment analyst to determine the key valuation inputs to be updated in the valuation model

Submit and refresh data via iLevel

Prepare presentation materials

Upon approval of the valuations, compile valuation pack as required by the valuation checklist

- Property Data (These tasks are performed between valuation & NE cycles)

Perform checks to ensure integrity of property data fed from various third party service providers into iLevel; follow up with asset managers/service providers for discrepancies identified and ensure they are resolved

- Any other ad hoc reports

Required Skills:

- Candidate must be a B.A., B.Com./ Graduate, Post Graduate or C.A., with knowledge of finance

- Candidates must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, preferably in real estate

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)

- Experience with iLevel and/or Argus is advantageous

- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical

- The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines

- The profile involves effective communication across Clients- facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must

- A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly

- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
