A leading investment bank is looking to hire for their Securities Division for two roles - Sales Management Analyst & Macro Franchise Management Analyst (Trade Management)

Only female candidates with a B.E + MBA degree from reputed colleges would be eligible. CFA would be preferred.

Trade Management Analyst:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide insights to the senior leadership in the Securities Division on employees, Clients and Products performance through periodic and adhoc reporting

- Analyze variance and trend of revenue and provide business with regular revenue reports supported by well written commentaries

- Identify business opportunities through market/industry analysis by leveraging third party surveys and trading/sales desk reports

- Assist senior management with annual budgeting and head count analysis

- Work on global initiatives and lead projects to streamline/automate technical and operational processes improving efficiencies. This involves extensive communication and collaboration with global teams of various verticals.

Experience / Skills:

- MBA (Finance)/CFA

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Industry (Pref. an Investment Bank), in Revenue Management (Reporting & Analysis) Function or in Market/Equity Research

- Good understanding of Securities business and products

- Experience of financial tools and applications including PeopleSoft, Business Objects 6.5 and Essbase is preferred

- Commercial, Inquisitive, enthusiastic self starter with a strong analytical mind-set

- Strong system skills, Advanced Excel and Access

- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to interact with global stakeholders as well as senior management

- Flexible and able to work well under pressure

- Good organizational/multi-tasking skills and focus on meeting deadlines

- Ability to work in a team-based environment, and adapt to a dynamic and changing organization.

Sales Management Analyst:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for generation and distribution of the summary of weekly, monthly and annual revenue for the Securities division in terms of business unit, sales location, client industry and trade type

- Processing of Revenue Adjustments for the Securities Division

- Manage the Gross Revenue split among the sales reps/desks/regions

- Facilitate the Investor-Client meetings with shell creation for the events

- Assist the business in Opportunity Analysis by providing market penetration/coverage reports

- Provide insight to the senior leadership on Top Sales people and Top Clients on a weekly basis

- Management of Progress Reports and monthly Scorecards

- Analysis of Macro and Micro Sales

- Analyzing variance and trend of revenue and provide business with regular revenue reports supported by well written commentaries

- Identifying ways of doing reporting in a better way-Presentation and Content

- Improving management decision making capabilities through effective reporting and analysis of data

- Assist the businesses in identifying areas to improve efficiencies and drive them to the most efficient delivery channels

- Playing key roles in global initiatives including automation projects.

- Providing other Adhoc reports on request.

Experience / Skills:

- MBA (Finance)/CFA preferred.

- Experience in Industry (Pref. an Investment Bank), in Revenue Management (Reporting & Analysis) Function or in Market/Equity Research

- Good understanding of Securities business and products

- Candidate need to have a commercial mindset

- Experience of financial tools and applications including PeopleSoft, Business Objects 6.5 and Essbase is preferred.

- Knowledge of Statistical tools (Financial Modeling) is desired

- Inquisitive, enthusiastic self starter with a strong analytical mind-set

- Strong system skills, Advanced Excel and Access

- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to interact with global stakeholders

- Flexible and able to work well under pressure

- Good organizational/multi-tasking skills and focus on meeting deadlines

- Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with Senior management

- Ability to work in a team-based environment, and adapt to a dynamic and changing organization.
