- Expert in MS Excel (with VB & Macros) and working knowledge of Power point

- 5 year Experience in Business planning & Financial Modelling of new projects

- Good hands on experience in preparation of CMA data, cash flows, project reports for banks, financial institutions

- Preference to candidate from Real Estate with industry knowledge.
