Detailed Responsibilities:

- Financial Modelling and Analysis: Analysis, valuation, forecasting, identifying new business opportunities and assessing risk Level of Involvement

- Gather market intelligence data and develop reports on market attractiveness and potentials for developing project plans.

- Initiates Financial Feasibility Modelling & Financial Structuring in the discussion.

- Advice on valuation and financial analyses of property assets, cash flow modelling, property/portfolio modelling and due diligence.

- Represents land /property related market analysis/research findings and recommendations to senior managers in proper formats and presentations.

This position is responsible for:-

- Contributing to the development of long term growth strategy and Corporate level, based on analysis of changing economy, key markets, competitor information, technological change and customer trend analysis for business planning and translating plans into financial models for effective business decisions.

- Evaluating new business opportunities for the company in terms of the development of land banks and the sale of non- core assets in consultation with Top Management.

- Performing property valuation/land valuation analysis
