Financial Analyst - IT

Responsibilities

1. Conducting company, industry and competitor analysis and providing critical information to prepare collaterals and conduct company feasibility.

2. Build detailed financial models including LBO & merger models, discounted cash flow, relative valuation, WACC, and beta calculation, performing sensitivity analysis, and other ad hoc analysis.

3. Work on the preparation of investment decks, information memorandums & business plans

4. Work on the identification of comparable companies, comparable transactions, and calculation of transaction multiples

5. Research on current trends in the M&A, funding, VC & startup sector.

6. Generate content from the data collected and make it presentable for online publishing & internal reports (execute necessary client & industry-specific research work)

Skills

1. Proficiency in financial modeling, including detailed financial forecasting

2. Well-versed with advanced excel

3. Proven experience building presentations from scratch

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.

5. Working under pressure to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
