Financial Analyst - ICFR - Female - Only CA Qualified - 3 years Post Qualification

- Contribute to and support the annual ICFR program which includes: scoping, validating business processes and controls design, developing testing strategy for key controls.

- Ensure processes, risks and controls are adequately documented in BWise.

- Review test plans and conduct testing of internal controls design and effectiveness.

- Liaise with relevant BU owners/coordinators, auditors and other stakeholders on ICFR program implementation.

- Support audit requests and enquiries.

- Under the direction of the Program Leads, follow up and work with business units to remediate open deficiencies.

- Ensure data is adequately captured in BWise and contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports.

- Participate in process reviews, from a controls perspective, in relation to new products/ initiatives.

- Advise process owners on process/control improvements, when opportunities are identified through ICFR work.

- Analyze WFA operational risk events with the event owner, assisting in root cause analysis

- Coordinate WFA business unit submission of quarterly operational risk.

- Participate in the enhancement and analysis of WFA operational risk reporting.

- Leveraging, ICFR process analysis, consider implications of WFA operational risk in Chennai,

- Gather operational risk inputs from WFA business units and ensure that the data is promptly captured in BWise.

- Facilitate proper rollout in Chennai of business continuity action plans approved by WFA's Vice President: review business continuity recovery procedures; review business continuity strategy, facilitate testing, etc

- Serve as in-house functional specialist for BWise system, to support the ICFR and Operational risk reporting activities.

- Guide business units in using BWise effectively, for the above mentioned initiatives.

- Perform user acceptance testing during BWise system upgrades
