Financial Analyst - Debt Market/Syndication - Investment Banking

We are hiring of leading Investment banking organization at Mumbai.

Role: Financial Analyst/Investment Banking Analyst

Exp: 0.6 to 2 yrs

Education: MBA from tier 1 /tier 2 institute/ CFA completed

Role:

- Support Syndication of Debt Instruments including Revolvers, Term Loan, and High Yield Bonds

- Liquidity Analysis in Debt Market. Bond pricing, yield, spread, duration calculations.

- Perform company & equity research analysis/Debt research

- Develop and maintain financial models for a company or set of companies

- Help bankers arrive at appropriate pricing by preparing complex Bond/Loan Comps, Credit Agreement Analysis, Covenant Analysis etc.

- Liquidity Analysis project: ability to calculate company's funds liquidity, FCF, Adj. FFO, Weighted Average Debt Maturity (Duration), Swap to EUR Floating Rate etc.

- Analyze debt ratios like leverage, FCCR, Capitalization etc.

- Make Screening Memo, includes company and industry overview, detailed debt profile and financials
