Financial Analyst
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate financial performance on monthly and quarterly basis. Research and communicate variances and ensure accurate financial statements.
- Provide timely, concise, and actionable financial information to the business, including gap analyses.
- Support monthly financial closing and reporting processes.
- Proactively collect information from manufacturing plants, procurement, supply chain, etc. to forecast near-term results.
- Assist in the coordination and development of the business' annual operating plan, strategic plan, and trajectory.
- Manage rebate and commission agreement accruals and payments as needed.
- Pricing and profitability analysis.
- Financial analysis for capital investments, including cash flow forecasts.
- Support adherence to documented internal controls and assist with development of new controls.
- Special projects as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Requirements:- College degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 3 years of financial experience in a multinational company
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-organized, flexible, ability to multi-task
- Proactive, self-starter with the desire to achieve
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to travel on occasion as needed
CONSIDERED A PLUS:- SAP, Power Pivot, Power BI, and BW knowledge
- Cost accounting experience
