Financial Analyst - CA - Big4

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Position - Financial Analyst / CA / Big 4.

Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Financial Analyst in a PE Fund, Investment Banking or M&A team of a Financial Consulting practice

- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.

- Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills.

- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis

Job Role

Financial & Business Planning:

- Work with CEO to help create robust business plans.

- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure execution of the business plan.

- Consolidate and analyze financial data, taking into account company's goals and financial standing.

- Identify trends and provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

Financial and Business Analysis

- Monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.

- Work closely with CEO to ensure line managers deliver their business - Revenues, costs etc. and that they are provided with the right resources and infrastructure to deliver.

- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
