Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of Financial statements under IFRS with close coordination with the Financial Controllers of various subsidiaries/segments at onshore.
- Responsible for timely completion of audit of company's financial Statement by the statutory auditors.
- Plan and manage the work of the Corporate Department and timely closing of corporate books.
- Establish and implement procedures and standards for financial reporting so that all company financial transactions are accurately and promptly recorded.
- Oversee and review Balance Sheet schedules - AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accrued income and expenses, Other Receivables etc.
- Facilitate and overview preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with the local accounts team of the subsidiaries for timely completion of audit
- Prepare of monthly MIS and financial analysis reports for corporate divisions and also develop reports from ERP for efficient automated reporting and reduction in manual process.
- Follow-up with all subsidiaries and several cross functional teams for ensuring adherence to timely, smooth and error free completion of management reporting
- Support the Annual Budgeting exercise and conduct variance analysis, cost analysis and provide meaningful trends and opportunities for savings on a periodic basis.
- Supervise monthly accounts closure activities- AR / AP, fixed assets, GL, banks & supplier account reconciliations and accruals and ensure SLA's are met.
- Analyze cost of sales and overheads for each subsidiary and segment and provide meaningful trends and opportunities for savings.
- Co-operation within the team and acting as an effective team player

- Train staff and keep them motivated
- Any other assignment that may come from time to time

- Provide Corporate Management with financial analysis to enable business analysis and evaluation of business performance
Minimum Academic/ Professional Qualifications:
- CA / CPA / CMA with relevant experience
