- Budget preparation - prepare expenses budget based on the historical data and forecasts submitted by other teams.
- Tracking budgets- tracking budgets Vs actual usage on periodic basis, maintain data on utilized and unutilized budgets.
- Analysis- Analyze variance, positive or negative.
- Financial Analysis and reporting- prepare and report to stake holders on the utilization of budget.
- Maintain dashboard and SOA- Maintain dash board of each category/ Department to monitor their spend trand.
- Standard Ratios - Track standard financial ratios on periodic basis.
- Reports - Prepare periodic financial reports and provide analysis to understand key contributors to each item.
- Working experience with analytical skills and tools
- Knowledge in MS excel and PPT
- Good communication Skills.
