Position Overview:

- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with a keen ability to assess business performance through financial metrics.

- This role is crucial in providing insights that drive strategic financial decisions, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze key financial metrics to assess business performance.

- Track and report on financial indicators such as revenue, costs, profit margins, and other KPIs.

- Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.

- Collect, organize, and analyze financial datasets to identify trends and insights.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and efficiency improvements.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial metrics clearly.

- Work closely with various departments, including finance, sales, marketing, and operations, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on business objectives.

- Support cross-functional projects with analytical expertise.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and performance measurement.

- Implement and maintain best practices for financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in financial analysis, commercial analysis, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business metrics.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
