- The job role involves working closely with senior management to assist in development of long-term business strategies, conduct market and competitive analysis to support business planning.

- This role involves managing key strategic projects, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and providing insights and recommendations.

- It further includes monitoring performance and mitigating risks, ensuring that the strategic initiatives align with company goals, further enhancing the organization's growth and operational efficiency.

Desired Qualification & Skills :

- Qualified MBA Finance (2 yrs. full time course) / CFA

- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel (Macros/Pivot/VBA)

- Should be good at creating PowerPoint Presentations

- Ability to multitask and take up additional responsibility

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Team player

- High on Integrity
