About our Client - Our client is an international financial advisory services company with strong focus on the infrastructure sector. They have a direct presence in two important global markets with offices in the US and India. Their client base is spread across over 40 countries with clientèle across the private and public sector. They have been associated with projects totaling over US$ 50 BN and have been instrumental in achieving financial close of numerous projects across the world.

Job Description - Leading a team of Associates/Senior Associates, you will front-end large infrastructure and be the key point of contact with the clients. You will be involved in the end-to-end deals, negotiation and review of contracts, driving the project execution and successful closures. As a leader, you will impart training to your team and maintain cross-cultural relationships. You will be over-looking the ground work for all the projects undertaken. The key task will involve structured and project finance advisory, investment advisory, financial modeling and analysis, contract design and analysis, financial restructuring and project development.

The Successful Candidate - You must be an MBA Finance from a tier-1 B-School with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a financial advisory role, specializing within the infrastructure sector. You have prior experience in managing high calibre, multi-discipline teams. You should be highly competent in cross-cultural communication, managing and building client relationships. You must be self-motivated with high rigor. You must be open to frequent international travel.
