About our Client - Our client is an international financial advisory services company with strong focus on the infrastructure sector. They have a direct presence in two important global markets with offices in the US and India. Their client base is spread across over 40 countries with clientèle across the private and public sector. They have been associated with projects totaling over US$ 50 BN and have been instrumental in achieving financial close of numerous projects across the world.

Job Description - Reporting into the Associate Director, you will lead financial modeling and transaction advisory assignments and manage a team of upto 2 to 3 Associates. Your major responsibilities will include:

- Developing and auditing high-end, complex financial models, ensuring all statutory compliances, analyzing key business drivers and handholding clients on risk/return analysis.

- Evaluating businesses to analyze investment opportunities, performing due diligence and valuation.

- Designing capital structure of projects, ensuring bankability of projects, using various debt and equity instruments. Reviewing project documents to assess the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts; specifically under Project Finance scenarios

- Negotiating commercial and contractual aspects of the projects with banks/ other financial institutions, contractors, and other third parties

The Successful Candidate - You must be a MBA Finance from a Tier-1 B-school with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in a Financial Advisory role. You must have thorough exposure in structured & project finance advisory, financial modeling and contract reviewing and analysis. You must have largely worked with clients in the infrastructure sector. CFA qualification or an engineering degree will be an added advantage.
