4. Building synergies for cross selling
- Be part of the founding team to create a new business line for the tech ecosystem, group company and their capital allocators
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with multiple business in EWM to provide solutions for all the segments of the ecosystem
- Identify, develop, and manage client relationships; deliver a suite of services and products catered to the client's requirements
- Negotiate & structure transaction proposals that cater to the client requirements and meet their broader investment objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact and overall relationship manager for those clients. Support the client wherever possible & be the first port of call for those clients. Deepen relationships with existing clients.
Client segment: tech founders, CXO, Operating company and private equity/venture cap fund managers
Job Requirements
Experience 10-15 years of work experience in Investment banking, wealth management B4 deals team or management consulting
Qualification Engineering background pref. Else MBA / CFA needed
Functional Competencies - Ability to simplify things
- Understand business models esp of new age businesses
- Has a network in the PE/VC or the start up ecosystem
- Understanding of broader economy - global and local, knowledge of capital markets, various asset classes
- Experience in investment/financial services
