Financial & Accounts Role - CA/CMA

- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results

- Business Plan and Financial Forecast

- Evaluate and decide on investments

- Supervise a team of Finance and Accounting and Costing Role

- Allocate resources and manage cash flows

- Conduct profit and cost analyses

- Develop procedures and policies for accounting

- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

- Consult Senior Team members about funding options

- Recommend cost-reducing solutions

- Statutory Audit

- Income Tax / TDS / GST

- Internal Audit

- Good Rapport with Other Functional Heads

- Working Capital and Banking and Treasury Relationships

- Conduct risk management for Finance and Accounts Function
