Candidate profile:

- CA with 12 years of post qualification experience

- Hands on experience in compiling year end financials - stand alone and consolidated.

- Hands on experience in ERP - preferably SAP

- Experience in facing Big 4 Audit Firms at the corporate office level. Experience in managing statutory audit at corporate office level

- Knowledge and experience in Ind AS

- Expert level knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word and Power point

- Knowledge and experience in Income Tax

- Working knowledge of FEMA

- Must be willing to relocate to Mysore. 6 days Working

- Age less than 45

Job Profile for Financial Accounting and Business Finance

I. Financial Accounting

- Planning, directing and monitoring all accounting activities and ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.

- Liaising with Statutory Auditors and ensure timely completion of interim, quarterly and annual audits - both standalone and consolidated financials. Coordinate with Finance team and other functions, make the plan in consultation with Statutory Auditors, monitor and take necessary course corrections on the deviations

- Liaising with Internal Auditors, Co ordinate with other functions and ensure timely completion of internal audit - make a tracker for the implementation of the recommendations of the internal auditors, periodical review of the tracker with the functional heads and make presentation to the Directors.

- Co ordinating with accounts team in Subsidiary companies and present periodical reports to the Directors

- Prepare and submit necessary reports for regulatory requirements

II. Direct Taxes

- Ensure timely payment of TDS, quarterly and annual returns

- Liaising with Tax Auditors and Consultants and ensure timely completion of Tax Audit, TP Audit and annual filing of income tax returns

- Co ordinate with Tax consultant and provide all the information required for tax assessments

III. FEMA

- Handle preparation and certification of APR of overseas subsidiaries

- Handle preparation and certification of ODI

IV Managerial Finance

- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate reporting of the business results - monthly, quarterly and annual

- Prepare the budgets and estimates for the business. Co ordinate with functional heads for this purpose, track and report the achievement of budgets, make necessary presentations to the Directors

- Prepare and present medium term/long term business plans

- Estimating costs and identifying savings
