- Manage 10 Field Executives/ FinanceBazaar Advisors (FBA)

- Achieve monthly sales targets for loans, insurance and other products

- Train & Guide Field Executives/Advisors to deliver results

- Educate retailers and their staff about FinanceBazaar and financial products

- Guide customers towards customer support team in office

- Stay updated about financial services sector
