The centre provides operational scalability, enhanced financial controls and enhanced operational / financial risk management while focusing on cost efficiency, quality and process excellence. Continued success in the market and a strong balance sheet has positioned them for continued expansion. They are strategically creating global roles out of Indian operations and are looking for Project Management professionals with experience in finance transitions & transformations to join their team in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP and working as an individual contributor, your key responsibilities include:

- Working on assignments across transitions, process improvement and information systems projects.

- Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

- Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Delivering high quality output within committed time-lines.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA / MBA with 5 - 7 years of experience across change management and finance transition. Financial Services experience would be preferable. Excellent communication skills and prior experience in working with senior stakeholders is a must. You should be self driven and have the ability to work in tight deadlines. Interested individuals should be willing to travel overseas for minimum 2 - 3 months at a stretch.
