Finance Transformation Role - Opportunity with a leading IB in Bangalore

- To act as Transformation Manager for all transformation initiatives for the Markets accounting and consistency group within the Department of Finance

- Initiatives overseen include Transformation, Transition and Remediation initiatives

- Assist in development of plans for projects and/or transformation initiatives.

- Manage the relationship with the stakeholders

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Support development of communications relevant to change initiatives.

- Define success metrics and measuring performance against these.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
