We have an opportunity for Finance Transformation Manager / R2R

Responsibilities:

- Finance transformations in large Indian and global clients

- Finance processes(O2C,P2P,R2R,etc.)

- Lead the finance transformation programme ensuring the development and implementation of new service models that promotes efficiency, customer service, and delivers substantial efficiency savings that are compliant with statutory requirements.

- In conjunction with the Director of Financial Services & Procurement, ensure that the operational excellence and transformation process not only results in a resilient and high performing organization, but also contains costs and delivers the required levels of efficiency savings.

- Work collaboratively in defining and solving problems, generating opportunities, evaluating and agreeing on improvements, related actions and responsibilities.

- To develop, coordinate and drive the delivery of process analysis, identification of process improvements/impacts of business changes and develop comprehensive process documentation.

- Establish credibility at all levels and build problem-solving partnerships with the finance process owners.

- Work with the finance process owners and Finance Systems Group to assess the finance landscape and provide insight and past experience to provide innovative finance solutions and hypotheses.

- Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping process owners and key users through change
