Job Summary:

As the Finance Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing initiatives to transform the finance department, with a specific focus on the "Procure to Pay" (P2P) process. Leveraging your expertise in P2P and SAP, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes, implementing technological solutions, and driving efficiency gains within the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Procure to Pay Transformation:

- Assess the current Procure to Pay process and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and automate the P2P workflow, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other relevant departments to enhance end-to-end process integration.

- Implement best practices to streamline procurement, vendor management, and payment processes.

2. Query Resolution & User Support:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users with queries related to P2P tools, including but not limited to procurement software, and vendor related.

- Document and track query resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.

- Provide timely and effective support to end-users experiencing difficulties with P2P tools.

- Offer guidance on system functionalities, features, and best practices to optimize user experience.

- Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding of P2P tools and processes.

- Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate users on new features, updates, and best practices.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for P2P tools, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Keep documentation up-to-date with the latest system configurations and enhancements

3. Change Management:

- Lead change management initiatives related to P2P process improvements.

- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new financial processes and technologies.

- Communicate changes effectively to finance and cross-functional teams, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth transition.

4. SAP Integration and Support:

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP to support and optimize P2P functionalities.

- Collaborate with IT teams to implement SAP upgrades or configurations to improve P2P efficiency.

- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on SAP-related issues and improvements.
