- Delivering Large Transformation/Re-engineering projects in Finance domain

- Optimize internal Operating Models etc.

- Client Management/Stakeholder Management

- People Management

Looking for a MBA from Tier 1 institute or CA with extensive experience in Finance Transformation with large Consulting or ITES organizations at leadership level.

- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

- Exposure to Six Sigma and Lean will be a preference
