Manager - Finance & Tax

- He/ she should be a qualified Resource with minimum 4-6 years of tax experience.

- The person should have good leadership skills and should be capable, knowledgeable and have the aptitude to handle broad areas of Taxation and Allied Regulatory matters.

- He should have done his training from a reputed firm and should have worked in a big multinational company in a managerial position for at least 1-2 years.

- He should have relevant experience and expert knowledge about Transfer Pricing, Assessment/Appellate Procedures, International Taxation, VAT/Service Tax Provisions and Tax compliances in India.

- He should have experience in legal interpretations, research and drafting/ reviewing of legal submissions.

- He should be capable of appearing before Senior Tax Authorities with confidence.

- He should have a good insight in to and be fully updated about the developments in the fields of finance & accounts and taxation around the world especially the proposed changes in the Indian Tax and Corporate laws such as the new Direct Tax code, GST and IFRS implementation.
