Finance Specialist - Urban Infrastructure - CA/IIM/FMS/MDI

Job Description :-

- Planning for project financing of municipal infrastructure, urban infrastructure and other such projects and evaluating the credit worthiness of government organizations

- Creating asset monetization plans for state governments and PSUs

- Mobilizing private sector capital in conjunction with public sector financing to finance the expansion /improvement of basic services in growing urban areas.

- Preparing financial plans and developing financial models, evaluating cost structures and revenue streams for financial feasibility of projects

- Provide technical assistance, financial solutions and specific expertise in support of infrastructure investment across all sectors

- Support institutional capacity building at different levels of government

- Policy Notes, Thought Leaderships, and articles on pertinent issues

Educational Qualification, Experience and Skills :-

- Masters in Finance / MBA / CA preferred premier education institute like DU, IIM, ISB, SP Jain etc. and having prior experience in leading organizations focused on similar work like CRISIL, Yes Bank, SBI Capital, ICRA, IL&FS etc.

- 4+ Years of total experience, with at least 2 years of experience in infrastructure finance, project financing or PPP, transaction advisory, project finance, large scale program management for governments

- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, models, and forecasts

- Good understanding of financial markets and a variety of debt and other instruments that may be used for financing

- Ability to multi-task and display strong result-oriented approach

- Good communication, project execution & planning skills

- Excellent inter-personal and team skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

Location:- Bhopal for min. 18-24 months and thereafter in Delhi/Mumbai.
