Increasing Liability Book and Investment AUM (Assets Under Management):

- Focus on growing both the liabilities (deposits, savings accounts, etc.) and the assets under management through effective client acquisition and deepening relationships.

Revenue Generation through Cross-Selling:

- Promote various financial products such as Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets, etc., to existing clients to increase revenue streams.

Acquiring Potential Insignia Clients:

- Target high-value clients ("Insignia Clients") to expand the client base with a focus on quality sourcing.

Managing Both Business and Individual Clients:

- Serve the needs of business clients as well as individual clients, including residents and NRIs (Non-Resident Indians).

Increasing Product Penetration and Exit Barriers:

- Encourage clients to use a wider range of financial products to deepen their engagement and make it more difficult for them to leave the institution ("exit barriers").

Portfolio Allocation and Financial Check-Ups:

- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of clients' portfolios to ensure they align with their financial goals.

Collaboration with Product Specialists:

- Work closely with specialists to provide tailored wealth management and business banking solutions to clients.

Client Experience and Service Delivery:

- Collaborate with Client Experience Managers to ensure high-quality service delivery and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Adherence to Compliance Guidelines:

- Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Improving Documentation Quality and Reducing Rejection Rates:

- Enhance the quality of documentation processes to minimize rejection rates and streamline operations.

Total Client Ownership:

- Take responsibility for the entire client relationship, aiming for comprehensive engagement and satisfaction.

- This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent client management skills, adherence to compliance standards, and the ability to collaborate across different teams to deliver holistic financial solutions
