Job Description :

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced professional in business excellence, and solution design in large scale P2P and shared services domain

- The role has global reach, interface with senior leaders across the organization including P2P service delivery, Finance, shared service business improvement, assurance, technology and third party partners

Description

- Own transformation of P2P processes and systems with focus on control automation and risk reduction

- Own process standardization and implement best in class processes with focus on efficiency and end-user experience

- Own, maintain and update knowledge management system and relevant contents including process maps

- Own process change control governance, ensure process changes are managed within acceptable framework

- Manage project managers and delivery of assigned projects

- Work in matrix environment with virtual team of specialists across the globe to drive continuous improvement culture, idea generation and prioritization

- Drive collaboration across regional P2P and third party partner team to facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing

- Collaborate with P2P Assurance team and wider governance team to ensure risk and control matrix (RACM) is up to date

Profile

- A graduate degree; with a business management degree being a plus

- 5-16 years of work experience in P2P domain, with at least last 7 years in business excellence, transformation and business improvement capacity


- Proven experience in delivery of process standardization, implementing best practices, program management, and change management


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products


- Analytical and problem solving skills and fluent in English


- Strong exposure to global business environments/ global roles/ senior stakeholder
