We are seeking to Identify Finance Process Improvement Specialist - Pune for one of the leading multinational company.

Looking at an incumbent experience as finance process specialist (P2P, R2R and or O2C), shared service center specialist or as a controller in a business environment and/or functional area

- Project and change management

- Experience in Six Sigma or Lean

- Continuous improvement methodology

- Knowledge of (processes in) SAP for all finance transaction streams

Location : Pune

Role

GPO Finance team owns, innovates, designs and drives Standardized End to End Processes and Tools Across Company to Improve Quality of Delivery, Optimize Cost to Serve, Control & Compliance, and Enhancing Customer Experience.

To achieve this we aim to:

- Be the expert owner of the end-to-end Global Processes

- Own Process change Control and Process event tracking to drive Simplification, Standardization of processes

- Co-design and Co-own transformational initiatives with Functional transformation being part of functional leadership teams

- Continued focus on innovation and standardization to drive down total cost to serve and enhance customer satisfaction through improved quality of processes,

- Enhance control & compliance of standardized global processes.

- Drive culture of continuous improvement

- Align with strategic objectives of Company, and Functions ensuring lower cost to serve

- Drive the maturity agenda of Company on the areas Governance, Innovation, and Process Management

- Support process standardization delivery (P2P, O2C and R2R) in line with defined quality for the cluster/country across the entire finance organization (BPO provider and retained Finance Services organization)

- Identify / resolve / escalate issues in processes executed by the business and support as a problem solver for the cluster/country

- Be part of driving resolution of action plans to address issues identified

- Consolidate, propose and implement process performance improvement actions in conjunction with internal customers and the BPO provider
