Finance Planner - Corporate Analytics & Investor Relations Team - CA

Education/Qualification - Chartered Accountant

The person responsible will support in providing the data/analyzing the trends w.r.t. financials, stock holding, ratings, peer benchmarking etc., for managing and maintaining good relations between the company and its investors. He/She will also be analyzing the financial and non-financial performance metrics in a timely manner. The role also requires the incumbent to take up various finance digitalization projects and ensure upkeep of the financial metrics in the finance related dashboards.

Some of the key responsibilities include :

1. External reporting - Involves collaboration with multiple internal teams to collate and report financial metrics to the stakeholders, including, earnings release, press presentations, investor presentations etc., maintaining the FAQs for responding to the investors' queries and concerns.

2. Internal reporting - Involves in depth analysis and analysing the movement of our share price. Analyzing movement in shareholders and the shareholding pattern and presentation of the same to the Senior management.

The role also requires coordinating with multiple business units and to track the latest estimates of the financial results of the company and presenting the same to the Senior management.

3. Peer analysis - Tracking peer companies' results and their performance. Analysing specific strategies and major peer moves and presenting suggestions to the Senior management.

4. ESG - Keeping a track of the major ESG benchmarks and various ESG scores provided by rating agencies. Making sure the ratings agencies are updated with the latest and relevant information about the company. Keeping track and analysing peers' ESG scores.

5. Digitalisation projects - The incumbent is expected to have an in-depth understanding on dashboards creation (Tableau), knowledge on SAP / BPC, and be involved in upkeep of the finance related dashboards.

6. The role will also require the incumbent to work on numerous ad-hoc assignments depending on the asks from the senior management.

Mandatory Skills :

Person should have Analytical mindset, Good excel & presentation skills, command on SAP/BPC financial tools & Tableau dashboard.
