Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for Group's operations in Qatar aligned with the firm's overall vision.
- Lead the growth and development of the firm's five service lines: GRC Consulting, Management Consulting, Technology, Tax, and Insurance Consulting.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and service offerings.
- Drive the firm's market positioning in Qatar ,ensuring a strong brand presence and thought leadership.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in Qatar.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality consulting services.
- Oversee the delivery of major client engagements, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Provide expert advisory services to clients, particularly in the areas of GRC, management, technology, tax, and insurance.
Team Leadership and Development :
- Lead and manage a team of consultants across the five service lines, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to support the firm's growth objectives.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Business Development :
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Qatar.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability across the service lines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to create and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Represent Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the firm's services and expertise.
Financial Management :
- Oversee the financial performance of the Qatar including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the profitability of client engagements and the overall operations by managing costs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor key financial metrics and take corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
Compliance and Risk Management :
- Ensure that all client engagements comply with local regulations, industry standards, and the firm's internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client engagements, business operations, and market activities.
- Lead the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and practices within the firm.
