About our Client - Our client is a Global bank with extensive Ibanking and Retail banking operations in Delhi/NCR. They are planning to expand operations in other parts of the country as well.

Job Description - Reporting into the AVP and handling a team, your key responsibilities would include:

- Responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis.

- Coaching and mentoring the team.

- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the planning deliverables to the senior management, including the CFO

- Consolidation of the Monthly Business review packs and Flash process for function.

- Month end financial summary preparation and P&L and B/S review

- To proactively identify and guide the team towards quality initiatives and lead the quality projects for the group.

- Working towards improved co-ordination amongst onshore and the business head

- Establish process controls and continuously improvise on them

The Successful Candidate - CA/MBA Finance with 7-8 years experience in finance domain and 2-3 years of which should have been spent in a leadership position handling financial planning and analysis. You should be flexible with shifts.
