Finance Manager - Treasury

Executive Hiring is looking for a Leadership role as Finance Manager - Treasury for an MNC, based at Bangalore.

A Female, with a CA & CFA (Mandatory) with 10-12 years of work exp. in managing Treasury Back Office activities from Banking / Consulting / Shared Services / Corporate Treasury.

The role in Brief -

- Financial Accounting & Reporting under IFRS 9 (including disclosures in Annual Reports)

- Support in Statutory Accounting and Reporting (IFRS 9)

- Ensure Compliances to Treasury Policy and report to Treasury Leadership team

- Responsible for System Master data including the set-up of valuation curves

Provide expertise support globally on:

- Hedge accounting and reporting including documentation

- Accounting for all Treasury instruments (Bonds, FX including Derivatives reporting such as Interest rate Swaps and Cross Currency interest rate swaps, Options etc)

- Responsible on a daily basis to ensure no FX exposure and counter party exposures

- Responsible for daily settlements, confirmations and Reconciliation of all financial flows

- MIS on Treasury activities enabling senior management to make right decisions

- Robust documentation of all treasury reporting processes and ensure it is maintained year over year

- Risk Assessment of all activities and building good controls to mitigate the risk

- Drive Digitization in Treasury Reporting and Controls

- Forecasting of global Finance Cost and tracking actuals with FC

- Provide good insights to Treasury Leadership team to optimize finance costs

Main Accountabilities -

- On time and in full accounting and reporting of Treasury transactions (zero tolerance to error)

- On time and in full Settlement, confirmation and reconciliation of Treasury deals (100% payment on time)

- Forecast build for finance costs and net debt & variance analysis with Actuals

- Quarterly booklet containing MIS for Treasury

- Good quality of Master data set up to ensure first time right

- Continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of the process

- Management reporting, Financial reporting and Statutory Reporting of Parent and Holding entities (mainly contains Treasury financial flows)
