Position : Finance Manager (Solar Projects)

Qualification - MBA / CA.

Job Role

- Experience in down-selling of solar projects to investors.

- Project structuring.

- Experience in working with Power Finance Corporation

- Proven track record of raising debt for solar projects etc.

- Managing start to end, Project Finance/Debt Syndication & Corporate Level Fundraising transactions for large scale solar power projects of the Group. Bringing new lenders on board. Working on Fund Raising Transactions with leading Banks.

- Corporate Level Funding/Structured Finance.

- Financial Modelling & Business Analysis.

- Scanning the market and identifying new lenders for both project funding and corporate level loans

- Presentation/Selling of project funding proposals to Banks/FIs and Negotiation of Term Sheets.
