Job Purpose - To execute Finance & Accounts function of the company.
Key areas of responsibility
- Responsible for various Finance functions including Revenue recognition, Financial Management, Accounting, Commercials, Taxation, Audits, Budgets, and Internal controls
- Responsible for the preparation of the divisional Budget & LE's and ensure reporting is adhered to Corporate standard and requirements & assisted Division Management on Budget presentations
- Consolidation and analysis of Category data for Budget purposes as well as for financial closings.
- Declaring and managing the brands profitability in books of accounts maintained in SAP on a monthly basis.
- Financial planning and analysis, modelling & revenue forecasting which includes target settings for the Sales Team & Distributors and monthly business reporting
- Ensuring channel inventory is within norms & transfer of stocks within the states to avoid sales loss & ensuring targets are met.
- Preparing of MIS & Business Balance Score Card which helps in analyzing the impact of price drops & the incremental volumes required to meet the sales revenue target.
- Working out the ROI of all distributors to help in understanding the profitability of the Products
- Carrying out due diligence for appointment of new distributors across the Region
- Analyzing the effectiveness of Schemes & Marketing spends & ensuring that the ROI analysis of spends are regularly monitored.
Skill-set required
- Knowledge of Corporate Finance & Accounts and Audit & Tax Compliance.
- Knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts, Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Ability of Cash Flow management, Inventory Management, to drive Business Goals, Strategies, Budgeting, Analysis & Reporting
- Excellent communication/inter-personal skills
