Finance Manager - Real Estate

A leading US based commercial real estate firm is looking out for candidates from MNCs (preferably real estate) for their Finance Manager opening.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- General Accounting principles and practices

- Knowledge of processes and principles, account reconciliation techniques

- Ability to collaborate with staff, peers, branches and vendors as necessary to achieve objectives

- Ability to communicate effectively – both written and verbal

- Ability to manage time effectively, to demonstrate strong organizational skills and to handle multiple priorities

- Preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with IGAAP, global practices and statutory requirements in order to provide management with timely and complete financial information for decision making while meeting corporate legal and tax requirements.

- MIS preparation, analysis and reconciliation of various accounts

- Manage the audit and provide all necessary explanations for successful completion of audit along with accounting team budgeting and consolidations along with due diligence and compliance testing.

- Reporting as per Indian and Global Compliances/Standards

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. CA/CA Inter with B.Com first class graduate

2. Good communication skills

3. Proficiency with computers (MS Excel, Word etc)

4. Work experience of 3 to 5 years in MNC (preferably in real estate)

5. Software knowledge: Any ERP, SAP or SUN accounting
