Position - Manager, Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate real estate investment opportunities and prepare business plans

2. Interact with various fund managers and banks to raise finance for projects

3. Prepare Project feasibility reports

4. Prepare information statements for external stakeholders

5. Deal structuring and business scenario analysis

Desired candidate profile:

1. Experience in real estate will add brownie points though not a must

2. Ability to work in unstructured situations

3. Own business responsibilities in an entrepreneurial manner

4. Proficiency with MS-Excel and MS-Project will be an added advantage

Reporting to:

1. Executive Director of Acme Housing

2. Director, Finance at Acme Housing

Salary:

CTC will range from 7 - 14 lakhs depending on fit and expertise
