Finance Manager - POWER

- Responsible for all management accounting & finance function, taxation (Direct & Indirect) GST, Income Tax, IT (SAP) encompassing monitoring of general ledger, account receivable, account payable, fixed asset accounting, preparation of divisional MIS, finalization of standalone accounts, tax audit, budget preparation and other reports

- To ensure proper closing of accounts within the timelines specified with due adherence to all statutory requirements and financial standards of the company. Make the unit finance 100% statutory compliant - company policies, Rules of Procedure for Management, regulatory and audit.

- Plan and manage the unit finance with the least cost and ensure correct financial decisions for smooth functioning of operations, by analyzing benefits derived, budgetary variations and activity levels. Maintain financial discipline and ensure financial accounting in line with company policies including management of funds and working capital including inventories debtors etc.

- Build effective System and Internal controls with adequate depth, speed and accuracy for Management of the Unit and Corporate, to enhance overall efficiencies. Advise and assist on maximization of incentives and benefits, towards higher revenue, lower cost and long term profitability. Participate in IT initiatives at BU Level.

- Support CFO by providing timely, correct, quality and relevant information. To formulate and maintain good Inter-division, Inter-department, Intra-department coordination, cooperation and inter personal relationships.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 3-5 years of Extensive experience in the areas of financial reporting and accounting

2. Statutory compliance and taxation

3. Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP

4. Strong knowledge of statutory tax compliance requirements (direct and indirect)

5. Passion for instituting effective and efficient processes and controls

6. Communication skills for credibility at all levels of the organization

7. Natural sense of ownership for projects and duties and innate desire to lead by example

8. Strong organization skills required

9. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced technology company environment

10. Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)

11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

12. Ability to meet deadlines, multitask efficiently and manage individuals.

13. Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
