Finance Manager - Plant Controller - Auto - CA

- Financial analysis and report, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and cost control and budgeting and forecasting.

- Monitor all finance related Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) weekly and monthly

- Analyze the plant revenues, liabilities, credit conditions and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium and long term cash flow position.

- Evaluate and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet these cash flow needs.

- Coordinate internal audits

- Documents and monitors Management system requirements to insure the plant remains in compliance

- SAP implementation and monitoring

- Preparation of budget and monitoring and evaluate the current performance with budget.

- Identify the variance and monitoring the action plan.

- Performance is regularly reviewed and documented

- Develop any needed training plans for the Finance Department staffs
