Reporting to DGM R2R/P2P

Position Summary

Responsible for handling:

A) Payroll for All India employees, must have handled for 1000 plus employees in previous role

B) Salary related reimbursements

C) Issuance of form 16

D) Full and Final settlements for resigned employees

E) Retrials PF (including PF Trust operations), Superannuation, Gratuity

Key Responsibilities 

- End to End Payroll processing in SAP HR

- Payroll Accounting, GL Reco and MIS

- Handling Operations of Provident Fund including PF Trust, Gratuity, SAF

- Accounting and reporting of Retirals

- Conducting of Trustees meetings

- Payroll Dashboards

- Coordination with RPFC Authorities

- Handling internal and statutory audits, Including PF EPFO Audit

- Ensuring Timely Statutory payments and compliance like PF, EPS, Income Tax etc.

- Well acquainted with Labour laws

- Handling employee queries
