About our Client - Our client is a leading Multinational with operations across 27 countries, they are market leaders in the specialty manufacturing space and are looking to expand their business in India. They have a joint venture partnership in India and are looking to hire for the position of Finance Manager that would be instrumental in the setup of the company

Job Description - You will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for:

- Setting up the entire accounting and finance function in India

- Preparing MIS report to provide feedback on financial performance

- Ensuring statutory compliance for taxation and filling of details in India

- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financials as per the accounting standards.

- Developing policies and systems for financial strategy and business plan

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 5+ years of post qualification experience in an MNC preferably from both manufacturing and sales organization with practical experience and expertise in accounting function, financial management and taxation. You have demonstrated an ability to take initiative and have set up new processes in your past organization. You come with good business understanding and of working and operating in a multinational matrix organization.
