Responsible for below - 

- All banking and finance related matters

- Preparation and review of the financial statement of the companies

- Preparation and review of the financial statement of the companies

- All taxation compliances (Income Tax, VAT, etc) and all other legal compliances

- Implementing various policies, procedures and internal controls

- Must have accounting, taxation and payroll experience

- Qualification & experience: CA (1st attempt): Min 4 yrs OR CA-Inter (1st attempt): Min 8 yrs
