Finance Manager (Manufacturing) :


- You will oversee finance functions on site, including all manufacturing accounting and corporate reporting to HO.

- You will provide a crucial link and partner with operations to provide meaningful insights and relevant reporting to drive performance.

- You will provide commercial analysis and financial support to operational teams and the leadership group whilst also being capable of providing full corporate reporting to HO.

Key Responsibilities :

- Financial reporting on a monthly basis

- Analyse data and prepare meaningful commercial reports to operations management and head office corporate

- Review and investigate any discrepancies around costing

- Provide financial & KPI performance reporting

- Operational variance analysis including labour, variable, fixed and material cost variances

- Assist operations to identify gaps and drive performance

- Monthly P&L's and management reports

- Maintenance of BOM's, costings and routings

- Review and recommend opportunities to reduce expenditure and optimise efficiencies to improve profits

Qualification And Experience :

i. CA with 3-4 Years of Strong manufacturing industry experience

ii. Business partnering and strong stakeholder engagement skills

iii. Strong business acumen and ability to identify and succinctly communicate financial issues, opportunities, or threats to the operating and financial performance of the manufacturing site;

iv. Possess an in-depth understanding of concepts and principles within own discipline and have a basic commercial awareness and business acumen within other disciplines;

v. Solid oral and written communication with a proven ability to distill information for its intended audience and an ability to negotiate internally and often at higher levels in the organization;

vi. Strong numerical proficiency, organizational, problem-solving skills and use of logic;

vii. Ability to operate effectively within a global multi-cultural organization and collaborate cross functionally;

viii. Efficient at performing and reviewing analysis, spotting errors, and teaching others to review while establishing high quality standards of performance and identifying opportunities to provide value-added analysis beyond basic actuals, forecasts, budgets, and reports ;

ix. A strong working knowledge of technical U.S. GAAP in inventory accounting and hands on experience performing inventory close related activities in a standard and actual cost environment;

x. Familiarity with enterprise resource management and finance systems; and

xi. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs.
