Finance Manager (Overseas)

- Completion of monthly closing exercise and review of monthly financial statements with Country Finance Head by 5th day of the following month; bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, group consolidation

- Preparation of monthly reporting package along with Budget vs Actual variance analysis

- Ensure compliance of Chart of Authority Matrix - Accurate determination of various taxes and ensure timely payments (VAT, WHT, Payee, Corporate Income Tax, Social contribution for the employees etc)

- Ensure good coordination & relationship with all third parties (vendors, banks, tax department, customers, auditors etc)

- Ensure periodic balance confirmation with all customers, and addressing any arising therefrom. Minimize customer credit risk.

- Ensure timely conclusion of annual statutory audit and internal audits.

- Ensure timely response and closure of any matter arising with Tax department or any Govt. department, in full coordination with Country Head/Business Head and CFO.

- Preparation of annual financial budget for the Country business

- Preparation of Transfer Pricing documents on periodic basis.

- Ensure timely filing of all stator return filing; no penalty for any non-compliance w.r.t. to taxation/ statutory compliance.

- Identify any process gaps, propose & align on the processes for strengthening the process gaps/ internal controls.

- Ensure zero controllable business loss from Finance & Accounts function

Qualification And Experience:

i. CA with 2-4 Years of ' experience in a manufacturing set up

ii. Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection

iii. Strong knowledge of GAAP

iv. Working Knowledge of SAP or other ERP Systems - Proficiency in all MS Office programs, with advanced skills in Excel.

v. Strong attention to detail, superior analytical capability - Accounting, Finalization, Month closure, Inventory management, ERP/SAP exposure etc.

vi. Must possess strong prioritization skills, flexibility and multitasking.

vii. Good communication skills, both oral and written
