Description - The role of Finance manager will be to perform highly specialised accounting work with emphasis on accurate and timely reporting and implementing effective internal controls & also coordinating the day to day operations of the finance.

Our client is a leading management consulting firm operating from navi mumbai & providing their global clients assistance in finance and accountancy operations. Having a global presence in more than 10+ countries, they are rapidly scaling their operations to be a leader in the market.

Description:

The key responsibilities of Finance Manager Include:

- Overseeing the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Cluster's/Company's books of accounts.

- Extensive involvement in accounting.

- Treasury management (including placement/movement of funds, debt servicing, dividend payments and cash projections).

- Maintaining Close coordination with banks and financial institutions for smooth operations of the Treasury function.

- Maintaining organised set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.

- Taking lead on resolving complex accounting issues under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local laws.

- Reviewing general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.

- Preparing accounts prepared under IFRS and Interco reconciliation along with stores reports, bank reconciliation and supplier's reconciliation; etc.

- Preparing monthly closing check list; Actual versus budget and PY variance analysis; all assessments under IFRS.

- Ensuring correct and timely submission to tax advisors, external auditors, ACWA Corporate and Regional offices, CEO, CFO, and other Public/Statutory Filings.

Profile:

The Successful Finance Manager Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant- Having a minimum experience of 5 to 8 years (shared service experience preferred)

- Have led a team size of at least 5 to 10 FTEs in current or previous stint

- Strong Knowledge of IFRS ( Orcale Finance Services Software, ERP - Added Advantage)

- Good Communication Skills
