Job Purpose

- To execute and overlook Finance & Accounts of the company. Profile reports directly to MD.

Key areas of responsibility

- Responsible for the entire Finance function including Revenue recognition, Financial Management, Accounting, Commercials, Taxation, Audits, Budgets, and Internal controls

- Directly handle all Accounts and tax matters of the company

- Monitoring and driving the Budgets, Ageing analysis of receivables. Timely and Accurate financial reports on business performances in comparison to Annual Business Plan and variance analysis of the same.

- Cost control initiatives and responsible for improvement in the Gross Margins To Liaison with Bank and handle stress asset related matters

- Handle Income tax related matters and liaison with department

- Sales tax returns, service tax, esic co-ordination with consultants

Skill-set required

- Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation and driving Business Goals, Strategies, Budgeting, Planning, Analysis & Reporting

- Team management skills.

- Atleast one years of liasiong experience with Income Tax department

- Excellent communication/inter-personal skills

Compensation - INR 7,00,000 pa to 9,00,000 pa
